How long has Rover been in business?
Rover Recycling was formed in 2011 after a need to recycle toner cartridges in order to keep them out of landfills. Rover Records Management was formed in 2014. Rover 3PL was formed in 2015, with much of the leadership team bringing more than 30 years of professional experience with them,
Where is your customer service location?
Rover’s headquarters is located in Dulles, Virginia.

Does my company get a certificate of destruction?
Yes, a certificate of destruction is issued for all completed projects. It includes the date of completion, an invoice number for the project and your company name. Along with this certificate comes an itemized inventory list of all the equipment (and serial numbers) that was recycled. You will receive this certificate of destruction and inventory list no matter how large or small your project was.
When will we receive the certificate?
You will receive your certificate of destruction and about two weeks delivered with the invoice however they request.
Are you NAID certified?
Rover Recycling is currently in the process of becoming NAID certified. We are a NAID member and we follow all regulations set forth by NAID.
Do you offer onsite electronics recycling services?
Yes, our Rover Recycling truck can travel to your business location to perform shredding services.
Can we watch the shredding process?
Yes, you are welcome to watch as we perform onsite shredding.

Records Management

When can I access my records?
Your records can be accessed 24/7 via the link on the Rover website.
Can access to my company’s records be limited?
Yes, access can be limited to specific accounts and what can be done inside each account. This can be dictated by whomever represents your company during the imaging process.
How easy is it to remove boxes of records from a competitor’s facility?
On your end, it is easy. All you have to do is inform Rover that you wish to use our services and we will work with your incumbent records management provider to export the records. We will keep you up to date during the process and will only come back to you for help if there is some sort of hang-up or delay.
Where will my records be stored?
Your records will be stored in our secure facility, which features video surveillance, nondisclosure agreements with employees, electronic access that is controlled only by authorized management personnel, and other high-end security protocols
Can I email my request to retrieve my records?
Yes. You can do so my emailing orders@gorover.com.
How quiet are you when you come to our office to pick up records?
We are as quiet as possible, as our principles dictate the policy of a “non-disruption of your business day.”
Which software do you use to keep track of my records?
Rover uses a records management software called Total Recall, which is a product of DHS Worldwide.
